Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly request 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. Additionally, if you do not show up for your appointment, 100% of your scheduled service will be billed to the card on file.
If you no-show or cancel a consultation appointment without at least a 24 hours notice, a $25 fee will be applied to your account before rescheduling.
