Policies & Procedures

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS:

  • We strive to offer guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your haircut, color, or extensions, please let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to accommodate you.


RETAIL RETURN POLICY:

  • Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges, at full credit, within 14 days from your initial purchase.


REFUNDS:

  • Refunds are not offered on services or retail purchases. We are more than happy to adjust services at no cost, and exchange retail for something that would be a better suit for your needs if notified within the above time frames.


KIDS IN THE SALON:

  • Kids are only allowed in the salon when receiving services - that way you can relax during your appointment and get that much-needed R&R time!


CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS:

  • In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our guests, we require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to the card on file. If you are to no-show to your appointment, 100% of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file. If cancellations and no-shows are a recurring problem, unfortunately we will no longer be able to accept your appointment.

 

CONSULTATION POLICY:

  • All consultations are complimentary; however, both your time and ours are valuable. If you no-show or cancel without at least 24 hours’ notice, a $25 fee will be applied to your account before rescheduling. This ensures we respect our stylists’ schedules and the time reserved just for you.

 

RUNNING LATE:

  • If you are running any later than 15 minutes, unfortunately we will have to either reschedule your appointment or adjust the service to a shorter service. If you are constantly late, unfortunately we will no longer be able to accept your appointment.


EXTENSIONS POLICY:

  • To maintain the highest standards of quality and care, we do not accept outside hair extensions. All extension services require the purchase of hair through our salon. This allows us to guarantee the quality, longevity, and overall health of your investment.
