Retail Return Policy

At Mane Focus Hair Salon, we want you to love the products you take home. If a product isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to help you exchange it.

Exchanges
• Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
• Products must be lightly used or unused and returned with original packaging when possible.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Refunds
• Refunds are not offered on retail products, except in cases where the product is defective.
• If a product is determined to be defective, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment or the item will be replaced.

Exchange Terms
• Eligible items may be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value.
• If the new product is higher in price, the difference must be paid at the time of exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items
• Products returned more than 14 days after purchase
• Heavily used or empty products
